    • Driving the team to achieve job quantity and quality related KPIs
    • Assisting in the coaching and development of junior team members
    • Excellent grip on Xero, QB, Iris, TaxCalc and preferable knowledge of other related software
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with experience in client onboarding
